Description

Sliced 50% Ibérico cebo ham from Jamones Aljomar in Guijuelo: an everyday Ibérico, ready to serve.

At a glance

  • Cut: jamón, the cured hind leg
  • Breed: 50% Ibérico
  • Feeding: cereals (cebo)
  • Seal: white, the cebo category of Spain's Ibérico quality standard
  • Slicing: machine-sliced, even slices
  • Pack: 100 g, serves 2 to 3 as a tapa
  • Made by: Jamones Aljomar, Guijuelo (Salamanca)

Jamón is the hind leg of the pig: leaner than the shoulder, with a more subtle flavour. This is Aljomar's cebo ham, from 50% Ibérico pigs raised on cereals, the most accessible category of Ibérico. Aljomar holds the Welfair animal welfare certification.
