Spanish Ibérico for restaurants, delis and hotels

PuraSangre supplies Spanish Ibérico products to restaurants, gourmet shops, caterers and hotels in the Netherlands and across the EU. We import directly from Jamones Aljomar in Guijuelo (Salamanca), with no intermediaries.

What we can supply

Ibérico ham and shoulder from Aljomar, as whole pieces or hand-cut and sliced packs. Cured loin, chorizo, salchichón and other Ibérico charcuterie. Spanish conserves and extra virgin olive oils from our pantry selection, on request.

How it works

Fill in the form below with your company details and the products you are interested in. We review every request and reply by email with our professional catalogue and prices. Orders are prepared in Lelystad and shipped with DHL; pallet shipments can be arranged for larger orders.
