7.3 Allergen and trace warning

 

⚠ Important allergen warning PuraSangre's products are artisan in nature and may have been produced in facilities where other allergens are handled. PuraSangre cannot guarantee the complete absence of traces of allergens not declared on the label. Consumers with severe food allergies should contact PuraSangre before placing their order to obtain detailed information about the specific product of interest.

 

7.4 Traceability and product recall procedure

PuraSangre maintains an internal batch traceability system for all products sold. In the event of a food safety alert, market withdrawal (recall) or advisory from the manufacturer, the Dutch food authority (NVWA) or the EU RASFF system, PuraSangre will: (1) immediately identify the affected batches; (2) contact affected customers; (3) remove the product from the store; (4) cooperate fully with the competent authorities; and (5) offer affected customers a replacement or a full refund.
