Our Ibérico from Jamones Aljomar comes from a producer certified under Welfair®, the animal welfare standard, with every piece traced back to its origin. Every piece is labelled under Spain's official Ibérico quality standard.

We import directly from Jamones Aljomar, a family producer in Guijuelo (Salamanca), with no intermediaries in between. A shorter journey from the curing cellar to your table, with full traceability of every lot we sell.
