Withdraw from contract here
You can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, as explained in our Returns and Refund Policy. The right of withdrawal applies to unopened products with their seal intact; opened food products and products that deteriorate rapidly cannot be returned.
How it works
- Click the button above and sign in with the email address you used for your order. You will receive a one-time code by email; no password is needed.
- Open your order, choose "Request return" (or "Cancel" if it has not been prepared yet), select the products and confirm.
- You receive a confirmation by email. Once we approve the return, we send you the return address and instructions.
Prefer not to sign in? Fill in the form below with your name, email, order number and the products, and write "I withdraw from my purchase" in the message; or email info@purasangre.nl. We confirm receipt by email without delay.
